102 Starting your Business: Contact to Contracts, Business Planning and Goal Setting

In GRI 102, Contacts to Contracts will provide you with the key to understanding the fundamentals of contract law, including the process of offer, counteroffer, and acceptance. Setting goals is a critical element of planning for success – personal and professional. Goal Setting and Business Planning for the Real Estate Professional will assist you in identifying and defining business goals, and in designing the business plan that will help you to effectively achieve your goals. Professional Success Transaction by Transaction will teach you about business etiquette, common courtesies, proper attire, the Golden Rule and so much more.

GRI 100 Modules are a part of the required courses you have to take to receive your Graduate Realtor® Institute Designation. Click here to find out more about GRI and any additional requirements to earn this prestigious designation. NOTE: GRI 100, 200, and 300 can be taken in any order.

Instructor

Manuela Hendrickson has had her real estate license since 1994. She received her Broker's license and Instructor license in 2003 and has been actively involved in the real estate business ever since. She is currently the Designated Broker for Global Lifestyle Realty in St. Petersburg.

Florida licensees will earn 15 hours Sales Post Licensing credit, or 14 Hours of Continuing Education Credit upon successful course completion. 

**This class is being offered in the hybrid format. Upon registering you will have the option to select the format (in person or live-stream) you wish.
